Q. How do I update my personal information?

Q. I haven’t received any emails lately asking me to complete surveys. What can I do?
- Please make sure that Carly@myhotspex.com is added to your email safelist.
- Please make sure that your email address is entered correctly in your user profile.
- Please complete the Hotspex "All About You" survey if you have not done so already.
Please note that our surveys are distributed based on an Innovator’s demographics (age, sex, location etc.) If you have not received any surveys from us recently, we may not have anything available for you at the moment.
Q. I am having difficulty logging in, what should I do?

Q. Where do I find surveys?
There are 2 places to find Hotspex surveys. The first is on the myHotspex website, where you can find ‘Fun’ surveys (surveys written by Hotspex that are meant to entertain you and possibly teach you something about yourself). The second place is in your email inbox, where you will find surveys that are being conducted for Hotspex clients. In these surveys you will play a key role in the development of new products and services.

Q. How can I earn Hotspex BUX?

Q. Is there a maximum amount I can redeem?
You can order up to $50 per calendar month. This is a combination of both Amazon Gift Cards and PayPal funds. For example, if you order $40 in PaylPal funds, you will be eligible for a $10 Amazon Gift Card within the same calendar month.
Q. What is the HotPot?
The Hotspex HotPot is a monthly draw where the prize amount (awarded in Hotspex BUX) is determined by you and your fellow Innovators. Each month Hotspex loads the HotPot with 10,000 BUX, and the rest is up to you! Contributions can be made to the HotPot all month long. At the end of the month one lucky winner who has contributed to the HotPot will win half of the BUX that are in the HotPot. The other half will be donated to the Hotspex featured charity of the winner’s choice.
Q. What is myCharities?
myCharities is an exchange program giving our Innovator’s the opportunity to transform their BUX into donations for various featured charities. You have two options for donations with each charity. You can donate any amount or donate a specific amount for an item. For example, with Save our Strays – You can donate 2500 for a certificate to spay/neuter a cat, or any amount that will progress with other Innovator donations towards a spay/neuter certificate.
Q. How do I make a donation?
It’s easy! To make a donation, visit our myCharities tab located on the menu bar on our website. Here you will see two options; one is a list of our Charity Partners where you can browse through and make a donation, the other is a list of our charity donors. Every month this list will be updated with the top 25 donor’s first name, location and the amount they’ve donated. In order to make a donation, click the ‘Make a donation’ button and select which charity you’d like to contribute to by clicking on ‘Make a Donation’
Q. What is the Monthly Draw?
The Monthly Draw is a draw where you can win cash prizes just for completing surveys. You don't need to enter any of your BUX, you just need to make sure you complete at least one Hotspex survey a month to be automatically entered into the draw. At the end of the month, you'll be contacted by email if you're one of the lucky winners!
Q. What is the Quarterly “Second Time Around” Draw?
The Quarterly “Second Time Around” Draw is a draw completed every quarter for all Innovators who have been disqualified when attempting to participate in a survey. This draw is our way of showing our appreciation for your efforts and willingness to share your thoughts and ideas in our surveys.
Q. How do I know if I have won a prize?
All winners of Hotspex contests are contacted by email. Once contacted, the winner of the contest has 7 (seven) days to respond to the email and claim the prize. If the contest winner does not respond within the allotted 7 (seven) days a new winner will be chosen.
